Tracy is engaged! It was such a surprise that I'm still in shock.  Andrew proposed on Valentine's Day and gave her a beautiful ring.  The wedding is going to be in May of 2007. She has picked her location and it is beautiful.  It is in Hemet and has lots of trees and shade.  They are planning an evening wedding and things are progressing along beautifully.  Tracy has picked out her dress and it is beautiful.  The bridesmaids have also ordered dresses.  Everything is coming along nicely.

I have just found out that I'm going to be a Grandma!!!  Brian and Rachael are expecting in May.  As you can see May is going to be a busy month for us.  Brian is also graduating from college in May.  I wonder if I will even want to teach with everything else going on.

I am now working part time for a company called Applian.  They are absolutely wonderful people to work for and I'm having a blast.  It is great to be learning how new products are working and to help people get started with these cool products.  Check out the web site to learn more.

 We have gone to the City of Hope for Karl. We now know that Karl has mantle cell lymphoma. It is definitely not what we planned to worry about at this time of our lives but we will deal with it. He is in the hands of God and the City of Hope. We really like his doctor and have a lot of faith that he will get the best treatment possible. Karl has started treatment and we are praying that it is working.  We think he has one more round and then he goes in for more tests.  Until that time we don't know if it is doing the job or not.  He is handling the treatment beautifully and his main side effect is fatigue. Look at my photos all the time.  I'm constantly adding to this.  Lately, a lot seems to be happening in my family. We seem to be spending the summer traveling and have been enjoying every minute of it.
